Tiptronic problem

Hi all im noticing a slight judder/banging into gear when slowing down from speed etc, sometimes theres a delay in selecting reverse
any ideas ?
would a transmission fluid change help ?
audi a4 3.0 quattro

Its said not to need it but my 2.5tdi had the ATF changed at 110k although there were no problems .
