gear selection on startup

Hi all...

just noticed that from cold it's really hard to select first or second gear... it's ok once the car warms up though...

is this just a quirk of the manual box, or is there a problem looming!?!?

it's about to get an oil change on the box and diff....

Mine was the same - especially during the colder months.
I replaced the gearbox oil a few months ago - I used the Fuchs oil recommended from Opie Oils.

It was instantly better - I also believe you can reset the gear linkages also - but not sure on how this is done.

Also when was the last time you did a brake fluid change and also bleed the clutch

Worked wonders for me when I did the brake fluid change
