Retofit Isofix. 'Hole' load of problems......

Hi, has anyone encountered a problem when fitting the aftermarket Audi bracket? I have found that one of the pre-drilled holes on the passenger side is not accepting the supplied screw (all other 3 holes are fine).
Any suggestions?

I'm assuming you've checked it's not got some dirt or something obscuring it?

I'd find the correct size tap and re cut the threads to tidy them up a bit.
