I took cabrio with slipping multitronic at slow speed into dealer. They said they had forgotten to change oil at 40k so changed it (now at 70k) cured for a few days but now worse so they say needs new clutch pads at £1500! Could this be caused/exacerbated by them forgetting to change oil, as car has been driven very gently from new?
