Temp sensor scan as faulty

Hi everyone,

I got the yellow engine light come on driving home from work tonight. Scanned my car and just found this...

1 Fault Found:
16500 - Engine Coolant Temp. Sensor (G62): Implausible Signal
P0116 - 008 - Implausible Signal

Would you agree it's either the sensor or just a bad connection ?

Yes, it's probably the sensor. I think they're about £30 with a litre of G12.
