Hazard light button

Hi all

Got our first Audi last week an A4 Avant TDI (03) and love it already...

One strange thing when we lock the car the hazard warning light button stays lite for 30 seconds or so after it locks? Everything else is off and the only other light is the flashing alarm light on the drivers door.

Why does it do this or is there something wrong with it?

I don't know why they do it ( maybe it's in the handbook - I'll take a look ) .

Funny thing was I only noticed mine was doing it about 2 weeks after I got the car........ /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Can remember waiting around at first to see if it went out!!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/noidea.gif
