Trim question

I had my windscreen replaced by auto glass and there seems to be some trim missing at either end of the scuttle panel. I could have swore there were two rubber flaps, one at either end, above the plenum drains. now i just have visible clips. can anyone confirm this? thanks

see the clip on the mount? I dont recall ever seeing that before.
