Avant tailgate trim removal

I'm sure this must have been posted before but i need to get this off in order to sort out the remote unlocking which has probably seized due to a leaking wiper jet.Looked at it on the weekend and only found two screws in the warning triangle compartment but the trim was still on very tight.

There the only screws rest is held in with clips which are very tight and where the upper trim meets the lower trim the clips are a pain to get undone you have to pull the corners of the trim towards the top of the window to free them off.

as above just pull them will feel like there gona snap they dont
