child lock

does anyone know how to disengage the rear child lock feature, the one that prevents the door from being opened from inside?

I noticed a screw type thing on the rear door, but wasn't sure?

You use your car key to turn a small lock on the side of the door when open

which position does the lock have to be in to disengage the feature??

I have tried various configurations, but the dors always remain locked from inside.

any ideas?

Are you sure you are looking at the right one - It's not the one which looks like it has a plastic cap on it.. Its on the side near the lock on the door
