tdi intercooler split - interchangeable?

My i/c has finally given up the ghost and has split along the end cap...

The part number is 8e0145805f and its a 2002 PD 130 engine, my question is can I use one off another a4? I dont fancy forking out £150 for a new one and there are plenty of 2nd hand ones floating about - just not that exact part number!

Really? Excellent - how did you know it would fit - did you ref any part numbers, or just take a punt on a 1.9 Tdi part?

I got the measurements off the guy selling it

The inlet and outlet are slightly closer together but it fits

looks like its fitted to plenty of cars 1.9 2.0 petrol and diesel
