I know its been asked a thousand times.... B7 conversion bumper bar?

Hi all. I've got a Project thread running on the forum. Anyway, I'm halfway through a B6 - B7 Front end conversion. I know these are like marmite on the forums, but my front end was trashed. Plus, i could get the B7 parts just as cheap as the B6 ones.

Anyway, I have got the bonnet and wings fitted. The bumper has been sprayed, but i can't fit it as i need to get the front panel fitted. So, are the support bars and the bumper beam the same? If not, is there a mod that can be made?

The trouble is, I cant find any support beams anywhere, and i could do with my car back lol!

i got a b6 beam if you want it 20 quid butyou have to come pick it up form near york

Sorry bud. I've got a B6 beam, but think I might need a B7 one??

Close, but i need the upper beam and shocks. Plus those are for a TDi.

Anybody else got any ideas? When i trial fitted the bumper i dont think it reached over the bar?
