I reseted this code 2 days ago and it came back

16398 - Bank 1: Camshaft B (Exhaust): ****** Setpoint not Reached (Over-Advanced)

P0014 - 001 - Upper Limit Exceeded

is there a way i can check timing using vagcom? i did the group 96 test and it said system NOT ok but ill change the cam sensor to see if it clears

I know for the 1.9tdi in vcds you can go to engine measuring blocks group 4 and the last one is syncro angle this tells you how advanced or retarded the ignition is

It's worth a look not sure if it will be the same for yours
