2.5tdi v6 6speed Gearbox issues HELP :(

Hi guys

well had the car out yesterday for a drive no issues great little drive about.. pulled on to my drive last night and have left it until now..

jumped in to the car to head to my girlfriends and the car wont go into any gear.... reverse or any fwd gear... it crunches slightly when trying to place it in reverse but doesnt engage and i dont want to force it.... so i turned the car off expecting to be able to put it in to gear.....No Luck!! i dont know whats happened its a very strange situation.. i dont think its the clutch as its all gears had have had no slipage when driving.....i can only think its master or slave cylinder.. what do you guys think and if it is how much is it to replace?

just this second went out to give it a whirl again... pumped the pedal a couple of times ( clutch and now its going into gear.. even stalled it in 3rd gear jumping off the clutch...) so the clutch works! i am thinking a small leak or loss of presure in the master cylinder?

any help would be good guys
