Will be picking up my new car on Friday, an A4 Quattro 130pd and would like to know what my options are on tuning or chipping it.
Just been on the Upsolute site and they are quoting 163bhp and 405nm for £220 installed, seems a long journey from where I live though.
I would like to get all my options first before I decide.

Revo do a program for the 130PD engine. Takes it up to about 190BHP and 290 lb/ft of torque IIRC.

I've driven a 130PD Golf with the software installed and it was very impressive, pulled like a train.

Costs £648 plus VAT including a switch (£499 plus VAT excluding a switch).

Arson drives a PD Golf remapped by AMD that I believe puts out some very impressive figures. Maybe he can tell you more about that.

Also have a look at Upsolute, they specialise in diesels and seem to have their stuff together. Also, they are much cheaper (around 200£).

18ME and myself both run the AmD remap, although mine is for the 230bhp conversion and mine is the company run around /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Hey Wando CY here

I had no idea I signed up in September!! :p
anyway wow 230hp diesel ..... it will definately scare some V8!!

Wando, any chance you could hook me up with a good deal at lister or one of your associates? hehehe. Don't feel like paying over priced NZ cars

by the way.. super looking forward to meet you all up there.

They do a great package, took my 130 SE up to 159 and you can really notice the differecne, even get better economy. The cost is more like £380 fitted, however this is by serial port download and means they dont have to mess with your ECU, espcially on a new car. They can even come to you.
