gearbox compatibility

right i have a 5 speed gearbox at the moment thats not happy and needs changing i have been offerd a box but its a 6 speed of an 2.0 tdi b7 and wondered if it was possible to use this box and if so would i need any extra components again if so what would i need . my car is a 1.9 tdi bke engine code with gya gear box code the 6 speed box is a hck code. and both 2wd

id think you can but id say you would also have to change the gear shift as well as the H thing it sits in id think
