Washer Jets??!

Hi all just a quick post i have an B6 A4 Avant on a 2002 plate i want to upgrade to the "Fan spray" washer jets ive heard the passat ones will fit but dont have a part number can anybody help me out please, not sure on what model or year passat they are from either?

Plus im not sure if i have heated or non heated washer jets so both part numbers will be handy thanks guys

I have water pistol jets at the moment but want to upgrade to the fan jets james,

I have taken the part number from that thread paul hopefully they will fit my model thanks
