RNS-D, can't select TV

Ok, just got my RNS-D decoded, all seems fine in an out-of-date kinda way, apart from being unable to select the TV option. When I push the Radio/CD/TV option, it only flicks between radio and CD and not allowing TV, even at standstill. Granted that I will be lucky to get an analogue signal anyway, but surely it should still switch to the function?

Does it actually have the tuner add on?

I have no idea, I assumed that it would if it was standard spec, but maybe it's been installed sometime during it's life?

Nope, I imagined that the RNSD had would have it all working as standard. So I have to buy something extra before I get Ceefax in my car?

Where would this be installed? Then I can check if it has it or not, if not, then I'm not going to bother buying a tuner.

Trouble is it'll be analog though?

tv tuner was a extra option
decode all the numbers on the sticker in the service book on in the spare wheel well
and it will tell you what was fitted at the factory
