dented my bumper today

backed into a ****ing tranny van with a tow bar today and dented my back bumper
why he decided to park a van right behind me on a car park not a van park is beyond me
anyway my question is can it be filled or do i need a new bumper now

You could probably fill it depending on the size but the problem you would have it if it flexes it could easily crack and fall out again

People can make a better suggestion of best way to fix it.
But if its bad, its possible best to replace it.

Bumper skin is a pretty easy fit, depending on how bad the damage is I would get a replacement sprayed and fit it yourself.

£100- £150 For the repair and the whole bumper resprayed, a good body shop will take the bumper off but most will not.
