dodgey climate control

was in the car today and it got a little to hot so i turned it down to lo on both sides and opened the dash vents up only to find that the passenger side was still blowing hot air anyone come across this before ?? its b6 54 avant... anyone

One of 2 things, either the heater flap motor for passenger side has stuck/failed, or the climate control unit is knackered......

Try the flap motor first as it is the cheapest fix....

Unbolt glove box and work the solenoid arm with wd40

Thats the cheap DIY fix if the climate control is ******** then not a clue how to fix that mate

works fine at the moment but might just look at lubeing it up as it cant be a bad thing cheers
