Any one have any ideas on a rough guide price i should ask for my A4 Avant?

2003 2.0 FSi Petrol Manual
98,and_a_few_hundred miles.
Usual car park dings & stone chips.
Recent full longlife service and injector - Has cured lumpy idle and dodgy startup problems.
New front disks and pads
Grey
Usual interior options CD/multichanger/cloth seats/dual climate/etc etc.
Thinking of selling up. I love it to death but its too thirsty. Would like to upgrade to a slightly newer diesel maybe.
Any ideas on what sort of price i should be asking for?
Autotrader suggests £3-4000 with a 120,000 mileage car.
Would £4000 be asking too much?
