What Brand Is This?

I recently bought an 03 A4 from a dealer. The previous owner installed a body kit, but I can't read the brand name. Has anyone seen this brand before? Thanks

Looks to me as if it says 'ORACLE' but a quick Google turned up nothing, sorry

At a guess I'd say Caractere: Caractere - UK ... Audi A3 8P styling
