Iv'e had my HID's in my car for about 18 months and while they are better they are still a bit poor compared to other cars!!

The kit I have is a cheapish one off ebay do you think this could be part of the problem?

Also Iv'e noticed people recommend using the 35w kit is there a reason for this or could I get a 55w kit and all be fine ?

What do you mean by "poor"? what kelvin rating are your HID bulbs? the majority of kits sold are 35w and I can tell you they should be plentifully bright.

I'd agree, I don;t know anyone who has 55w's fitted. I've heard they're more prone to errors but not sure how true that is.

im using 6000k bulbs

dont get me wrong they are better then standard but the missus has a 52 plate corsa and the headlights on that put mine to shame!!!

yeah thats the plan

what errors do you get with 55w kit? if its bulb errors i have no worries as i dont have full DIS if its other things like brake sensors i dont think i will bother!!
