Removing the lower chrome grille??

Hi All

In the process on changing my chrome to black....

Managed the front upper grille....

However - How the hell does the bottom one come off??

Any how to's??

Open the bonnet and lean down in behind, there are four (i think) plastic lugs on the grille which hold it in, squeeze these and the grille will drop out the front.

Hey mate, what are you using to change them to black? Wouldn't mind doing this, I'd guess vinyl but would that not wear out too quick?

Some members are vinly wrapping there grill's others are painting them Matt, Satin or Gloss Black. I painted mine Satin Black

Satin black mate.... Done my old s3 in satin black from halfrauds n it looked 'the bawz'!
