Strange sound

Sound appears when I am going about 20m/hr. Then I can’t hear it unless I press accelerator. It’s something like fast “tic tic tic” almost “trrrrr….”

What is that? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif It looks like it's on passengers side.
