B6 Cab Easy entry seat mechanism doesnt work

Hi anyone have any idea how this mechanism works and how to fix it any help would be appreciated

1. i dont really know what the easy entry mechanism is?
2. if it needs fixing, how is it broke? will give one of the other guys a better idea of telling you how to fix it.

do you mean to flip the seat so you can get in the back ?
