I believe it's
8E0 919 283 A control unit for front & rear parking sensors.
8Z0 919 283 A control unit for rear sensors only. Both the same price, roughly £100.

Note - these part numbers may have been superseded, but if you go to a dealer with the above numbers, they'll know what you need.
