Gear Knob fitment ?

Does anyone know if the following part number will fit an A4 B6 ?
8E0 863 278 DG TAV - It's a gear knob, shaft & leather gaitor which is being advertised as B7 fitment.

im 90% sure b7 are exsacly the same as b6.s in side its just the outside they changed and that was just front and back i have a cd player from a b7 in mine
