Today I was changing my crankcase breather hose from the oil filter bracket, and removed my intake manifold to do this. unfortunately I have snapped a little plastic nipple off the first black valve closest to the front of the car under the intake manifold attached to a metal plate
I have narrowed it down to either the n249 or n112 valve but didnt know which one it was!! I managed to glue it back on but I doubt it will last long in a hot engine bay. I have tried to follow the hose that was on it and it goes along the front of the timing belt cover and down in to a metal can near the diverter valve!
My car is an a4 b6 1.8t (163) BFB.
Please can someone tell me if this is important? or not? so I can stop stressing over it!
