Factory fit xenons, does it come with washers as standard?

I always thought factory fit xenons has head light washers, am I wrong?

You're correct, UK supplied cars with factory fit xenons by law also have to have washers.

If it came from the factory with Xenon's then yes you will have the headlight washer kit with it.

It's a legal requirement that all Xenons come with auto-levelling and headlight washers as standard.

*technically it's illegal to fit Xenons to a car (new or aftermarket) without also fitting auto-levelling and washers - lots of people chance it, but not the car manufacturers...

Ok so my question is, if you wanted to think about doing it by the book, how much of a pain is it to fit the washer kit? does it mean hacking your bumper/ replacing it??

its prety easy if you get the bumper with washers caps paip work etc etc
