Aero wipers

Hi all, got my bargin Aero arms this morning and want to give them a fresh coat of paint before fittting so my question is, how the ****** hell do you get the blades off!!

There's a sleeve on the knuckle, slide this out and you'll see the knuckle of the blade attches to the arm. It's very easy, when you reattach them just make sure you slide the sleeve back on in the grooves on the arm. You'll understand when you do it:
