Rear dampers/shocks for S4 (2003)

Will Bilstein B6 be a direct replacement for stock?

Also would it be better to replace all 4 rather than having stock front ad mods on rear?

I can't answer your original question, but I'd definitely upgrade the shocks as a complete set of four.

It's not urgent but will need to replace in due course... If anybody has part numbers and price for stock, that would be great. Or will bilstein be better?
