i have a 2.5tdi fwd 163bhp and the clutch is starting to let go aswell as the flywheel. (juddering while pulling away and on tickover) so is there a conversion for a solid flywheel on my car?
i have been asking the same question about my 1.9 tdi . and the concensus is a solid flywheel on a car meant to have a dmf produces more vibration and puts extra stress on the gear box so i have decided to stay with the dmf
DMFW are about £600 for a 2.5TDT from Audi and they want your old one back, iv had one done on my one, the solid ones are said to burn out clutch plates at some rate and the ride is not as smooth, try ebay for one mate,
