    Mudflaps

OK I know its a kind of a random question to ask, but my 'new' toy doesnt have any fitted.... seems mad that a Ł30k (when new as mine probbaly was) doesnt come with something so basic......

Ł55 from Audi per pair apparently........ ouch

Question is, do you like or not like them, especialy on the front to stop spray / stones etc......

    I fitted genuine ones
i like mudflaps as long as there OEM as they fit nice
mudflaps give a car a better stance from the rear and also help stop stone chips up the side
i fit them on all the cars i buy if you can get them OEM .

i hate mudflaps, they collect so much dirt and moisture behind them i think it actually speeds up corrosion, the b6 is bad enough for rusty wings in my opinion.

I was brought up to regard mudflaps as a nice extra and obviously they have a serious role when you see an artic covered in them. The ones on my 2.5TDI quattro are F1 compared to those on the 60s mini which usedto touch the ground

mine came with them, but would recomend a few times a year to take them of and clean behind them, also at the same time remove the edge of the arch liner, removed mine to fix the washer pipe and the amount of crap behind there was unreal
