2nd car insurance a4 cab

does anyone run a a4 cab as a second car how do you get the insurance down and the ncb transfered for both car`s ?

Try Admiral multicar but to be honest it was cheaper for me to insure separately - swiftcover.com was particularly cheap for me this renewal

what about classic car insurance ? anyone done this ?

I very much doubt you'll get an A4 cab classed as a classic car.

Probably want to look for limited mileage policies.

There are also companies which fit trackers and charge you as per its use. I have no experience of this though.

My son had this with his 2nd car an Mr2 and we now have one Admiral policy covering both our 2.5 Quattros his Mr2 and his mums Micra for £860 .They seem to allow our NCBs against allthe cars and we all pay less than before much less for the Mr2 because you cant use the same NCB on 2 policies

current insurer with my 4x4 is £370 9 years ncb fully comp admiral want £1200 for multi car with the a4 3.0 cab
this has no logic to me at all can i drive both cars at the same time, so no more risk at all.
****** rip off these insurance companies.
