2004 S4 Avant automatic - paddle shift as standard or option?

I am wondering if back in 2004 the paddles were standard on automatic S4's, or an option. If option, do you know how much this was extra?

Works pretty nicely, and makes the automatic a bit less boring... ;-)

I've got a manual S4 so I can't be sure but, according to Parker's, there's no shift options so I would assume it's standard.
