Where can i buy the above, as every time i need a part number i have to post up "part number please"
also main dealer's / tps will only help if i show or give them the part number's..

Various options on ebay, I bought a cheap one and it's functional enough although I've never really tried to find my way around it too much.

I've found www.vagcat.com to be quite helpful - not as good as having the app on your PC, but not bad.

Part Numbers: ETKA 7.2 is what you need for parts - Google will reveal various sources.
There is also VAGCAT which you can use online after registering for free....... Online spareparts catalogue for AUDI/Volkswagen/Skoda/Seat

Workshop Manuals: I use A4/B6(inc.B7) Bentley Manuals which I purchased from the US which can answer most of your workshop items for 1.8/2.0/3.0/3.2 Petrol engines.

This software will only run in WinXP - so I have a "virtual XP machine" running under Windows 7 (x64).
