clicking noise when started from cold?????

hiya people!

ive noticed a fairly obvious sort of ticking or clicking noise when a start my a4 avant sport tdi from cold!!!
its an intermitant noise which sounds like its coming from one of the pulley wheels at the front?
maybe its a pulley bearing that is going,,, i dont know which one its coming from cos there are a few of them in close proximatey but i dont think its the alternator one!!!
has anyone had a similar problem and is there a new kit available,, if so, at what cost????

you can get all the pulleys not sure it there is kits for all of them though but for sure there is one for cambelt and if its coming from there dont wait get it fixed asap dont need that going and killing your engine
