Slammed on 9J ET35 ? or 9J ET45????? help

Question,

can i still slam my car (coilovers) with these two wheels, and wich would be best (i know both arent ideal for slamming)

9J ET 35 (225/30/20)
9J ET 45 (225/30/20) or will this give problem with the shock?

Will i have problems with the 9J rim?

9J will be fine, you should get away with it even on an ET35, but can't really comment on a 20" rim not giving you any hassle.

I would go with the et35. Check out this pick of my car with 19" x 8.5" wheel's with 235,35 tyre et45 lowered on coilover's.
