so since ive had my car the driver door has never locked off the remote and ive alwasy done it off the key
tried the broken wires in the door and no luck
then found a wire had come out the connector in the door!! all this was about 8 months ago
so today while i had a little time i pulled the plug out to check wires again and to try and fix the wire that was out the multi plug in the door i also got a mirror and checked the pins in the plu on the door piller all the pins inside the plug was heavily corroded and 3 of them had snapped off!!
so stripped it all out cut the wires out of both plugs ( door and door piller ) inserted them through the grommet just below the multi plug in door piller and re joined them
now central locking works on all doors off the fob
so if you have lock, window or mirror problems dont just check the wires check all the pins and connections too
