There's not too many tuning options for the 2.4 unfortunately, freeflow exhaust and improved breathing spring to mind. But they'll make it sound nice and you'll end up driving it harder, so it won't help the mpg! Heavy car and a 6 cylinder engine is your problem!

well it was a cheap buy. now i must pay.. no worries, i'll put up and shut up. maybe i can single handly bring us out of ression!!!!!

2.4 = the least tunable car... enjoy it for as long as you can afford it and then buy a 1.8T / 1.9TDI... 2.5TDI is a stonking motor too, but not frugal enough compared to other TDI's for me to unreservedly recommend to all... if you can afford it, the 3.0TDI is the pick of the bunch (but B7 only).
