A4 B6 Avant Seats

Is it possible to remove all the plastics from seats inc air bag and transfer them on to another set of seats ie from sole-back to gray?

air bag would require the seat to be opened and then stiched back up, plastics should swap

what about the large plate bit at the bad?

yeah that swaps easily enough. I know this from my lumbar support going, which pushes the plastic panel out and breaks the clips.
lever the top of the panel out first and then pull the rest upwards. those bottom clips can break easily but if they do there's a fixing kit from audi (cos they know the clips are stupid)
