Taking delivery of my A4 on Monday. As it is used I couldn't specify my exact spec so have ended up with the polished black inserts on the dash/doors/gearbox surround. It is possible to purchase these and if so are they easy to fit or does the dash need to be pulled apart? Not very good at that sort of thing and assume local dealer will take me to the cleaners price wise.
Interior Aluminium Inserts? Easy to buy/fit?

Cheers Frank, think I'll have a crack at that. The parts are a bit more expensive than I thought but they do look good.

Dash ones are held in with screws aswell, but self explanatory when you have the new ones in yer hand.
Go for the quattro upgrade /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Might get more when you sell the car if you don't tell the salesman.....

I am also after replacing the dash trim. I can see there are screws holding original one in place by looking at the new trim, but not self explanatory to me how to remove them!
