How to reset the service indicator on A4 1.9 tdi?

The service indicator has came on telling us to get it serviced but it's on long life service & not due for ages yet.

Somebody did give me the instructions using the buttons on the dash to reset it but I lost it, anybody know how to do it?

keep the spaner held down then turn ignition on then push the rest button oooo

Press and hold the spanner button. Turn the ignition on. Without releasing the spanner button, press the 0,0 button next to it. The center display should change

AVS is done like this, Longlife needs VAGcom - it depends what intervals are preprogrammed into your car.
