GMBH body kit from Audi accesseries.

I went to my dealers parts dept to get a price on the GMBH kit. Each part comes with 2 prices, both are primed, one with adhesive tape and the other without. So does this mean you actually stick the kit on to the car over the originals or do you have to remove anything first?

the rear apron fits over the original one but i think the front apron is removed
