Hi

Had my cylinder head(s) pressure tested and skimmed earlier this year as the gaskets had gone....Just wondering, as I'm losing about half a pint of coolant every 500miles or so, if the cylinder head bolts (which are special stretch bolts) can work loose or become slightly less torqued up over time.

I've had the coolant system pressure tested too, with no leaks evident, so wondering where it could be going....probably an internal leak...the cyclinder heads are holding firm by the way in that I'm not getting excess pressure venting from the expansion tank cap like I was earlier in the year.

If anybody know then let me know!
Cheers
Andy

If they were fiited properly ie torques and angles theres no way they should stretch more once done .
