Alarm going off and couldnt stop it!

Hi all, was awaken this morning with my alarm going, i put key in ignition and it stopped! 5 mins later it was off again so i did same thing but this time i tried to start the engine and it started and stopped and the immobilizer light was on! its as if its lost the code or something??? couldnt turn alarm off so i disconnected the battery. 2 hrs later reconnected it and car started as usual and now semms ok but has left ABS light and ESP light on and now my electric roof wont work! HELP PLEASE FELLAS!

the abs and esp light should reset its self i think after a short drive

as above but im more interested in why the alarm was going off? have you cheeked the water drain holes are ok under the battery tray? i ask this as when they are blocked the water fills up in there and flows over where the pollen filter is and goes into the car and soaks the comfort control module under the passengers side footwell, causing a shorting out and alarm issues,
