Anyone have any idea how to remove the wood trim pieces in the dash? mainly the long one that goes over the glove box/centre console and the ones on the doors,do the just pull and pop off??

Thanks.

door ones just pull off from one end so do back ones i think if you start at the front end ie front of the car it pops off there first as the back end has a hock on it as for dash id like to say its the same but never taken that one off so not 100% sure mate

Cheers Simon, ill gently poke at the dash ones and see what happens.

i think if you take the clove box out you can see how that pice would come off mate just to be safe

Yeah had a quick look around but it doesn't seem to pull off, there was a little bit of play in it but i didn't want to strong arm it!

Anyone confirm how to remove the biggest piece of wood trim on the dash? does the glovebox need to come out?

You have to drop the glovebox and to expose the clips and there is one bolt at the edge, pop the plastic cover off on the side of the dash and you will see it.

1. Pop the end panel of the dash off (nearside)
2. Pop the little centre section around the hazard/esp switch etc
3. Remove the 4 (I think) bolts ( I'm not sure if they're torx or hex heads)
4. The trim should lift out then.
