You'll need a proper headlight aligner to do it, but here are the screws to use:

*** TIP ***
If you are on Halogens and just about to go to HID's, mark your Halogen pattern on a large board a set distance from your car. (Where applicable make sure height/load adjustment is set to "0" next to light switch where fitted.)
Install the HID's.
Check the HID pattern against the Halogen pattern - readjust accordingly.

This is a rough check and is no substitute for a proper alignment, but should get you in the right ball park - of course this assumes your Halogens are correctly set up!

Goto your local mot station im sure they will set the lights up right as you really dont want to be dazzling oncoming drivers as this will make you no better than a saxo/corsa driver etc :)
