Bit of a silly question time....I have a 2004 3.0 and was wondering what engine type/code I had....my V10 document has engine number as ASN-00550.....
so I take it the ASN is my engine code?......right?
I ask this as when mine is starting from cold its very lumpy, running on 5cyls for about 7 seconds then all is fine as the last one kicks in, but occasionally I get a quite a bit of smoke 5 seconds later as if the final cylinder start up is clearing itself out!
Am i on the right lines of a duff plug or plugs somewhere or maybe even a failing coil? Wanted to know the engine type for parts etc.
