Audi A3 Sportback 1.9 tdi
As i mentioned in previous posts - aircon not working. Today got to the bottom of it (I hope) as we tested the fans in the engine bay - the smaller one is working, but the big one, with the control unit inside it, is fecked.
So, gonna try and sort out a replacement asap.
The confusion i'm having - the part number on it is 1KO 959 455 P. Is this specific to a 1.9tdi? I see one on e bay with the part number of 1KO 959 455 AP. Does the extra letter dictate anything different? It says it's for a 2.0 tdi but wonder would it suffice for my 1.9 - it's just that it's way less expensive than anything i've seen!
Sorry if this should be in the aircon forum, thought it was more a3 specific.
